Kudos go to Andy for his pleasant and up-to-date information about when we could expect the technician to be at our home.
Special thanks go to the young technician (#11) Jonathan. Right from the start he was pleasant and cheerful (it made me think that he enjoys what he's doing.)
He immediately went to work, found the problem, informed us about the repair and gave us the cost involved. Upon completion of the work he made some suggestions about the furnace and the thermostat. He was knowledgeable, honest in his responses to our questions and was good to have working for our benefit.
In closing, we are very pleased and we will let our friends know of our experience and will be in touch come September for an annual furnace service.
